YES CAMPERS SPEND THEIR SUMMER FULL OF LOVE AND SERVICE!Article by Noelle Apuhin and Julianna Jacildo Various female students from Bacolod Tay Tung High School (BTTHS) from Grades 9 to 11 attended the Youth Empowered Through Service Camp (YES Camp) last May 26-28 in La Castellana Conference Center.The YES Camp focuses on empowering and forming young women by opening their eyes to new experiences and forming new friendships among the community.The campers’ leadership, spirituality, values, and habits were cultivated and molded through the three-days worth of activities, which included get-togethers, seminars, visits to the local church and community, tutorials for kids in the area, and more.The YES camp was organized by the BTTHS Serviam in partnership with Kasanag Study Center.
