PAYMENT PROCEDURES

  1. Payments may be made on campus at the Cashier`s office from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) or thru bank deposit.
  2. For payments thru the bank: Please deposit your payment to any of the school’s bank accounts:

  1. Upload the bank-validated transaction (scanned, photo or screenshot) to the Deposit Slip Upload portal.
  2. You may save a copy of your transaction for future reference.
  3. Please take note that your bank transaction is not automatically posted to your student’s account. The Business Office shall notify you through email once the payment has been validated and posted.
  4. Your Official receipt may be picked up from the Cashier`s Office at your convenient time.

 

Modes of Payment
Full payment can be made upon enrollment through cash, manager’s check, or online payment via bank transfer. Full payments receive a 2% discount on tuition fees.
Exception: The full payment option is not available for incoming Grade 7 students who applied for the ESC Grant, as approval is still pending.

Eight installment payments are allowed, with the deadline set for the last week of the months of August, September, October, November, December, January, February, and March. Onsite payment is through the Business Office, and online payment is through BTTHS bank partners. An Installment Fee of Php 400.00 is added to the total cost.

Note: Payment of school dues is a requirement for student clearance. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in withholding final grades and official school documents. Students with unsettled accounts will not be allowed to participate in the recognition, graduation, completion, or moving-up ceremonies.

 

Cancellation of Enrolment and Refund of Fees
A student who will withdraw enrollment must write the School Principal for approval. A certain percentage of the fees for the entire year will be charged, according to the relative date of withdrawal:

a. Before the opening of classes: Forfeiture of the Downpayment or Enrolment Fee.**
b. Within the first month of classes: 50% of the total fees for the whole year.
c. Beyond the first month of classes: 100% of the total fees for the whole year.
