On January 20, 2023, the Grade 10 students and advisers of Bacolod Tay Tung High School joined the parade from Megaworld – The Upper East to the Bacolod City Government Center together with other Chinese schools and Filipino-Chinese communities to celebrate the grand opening of the 2023 Bacolaodiat Festival.
