Enrollment Procedures

FOR NEW APPLICANT/ TRANSFEREES AND RETURNING STUDENT

  1. Go to the BTTHS Admissions portal (See Apply Here Tab).
    1. Click on the appropriate tab (New Applicant/Transferee or Returning Student)
    2. The screen will automatically go to the next section.
    3. Choose the appropriate Grade Level. 
    4. Kindly fill out completely the Student Personal Information.
    5. Click Register.
  2. Download the following forms:
    1. Data Privacy Agreement Forms
    2. Recommendation Form: Kindly print the form on an 8.5 X13 inches bond paper. The Recommendation Form should be filled out by the school head or teacher of your child’s current school.
  3. Submit the required documents needed for admission to the Guidance Office. The Guidance Office shall schedule you for an interview with the Department Head.
  4. The result of the application will be emailed to the parents of the applicant.  No results will be released by telephone.
  5. The acceptance letter will include instructions on how to complete the enrolment process. For other concerns regarding the School fees, feel free to see the Business Office.

FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS (PRE-REGISTRATION)

  1. Go to the BTTHS Admissions portal (See Apply Here Tab).
    1. Click on Continuing Student.
    2. The screen will automatically go to the next section.
    3. Login using your Student Portal’s username and password.
    4. Kindly fill out completely the Student Personal Information.
    5. Click Register.
  2. Download and fill out the Data Privacy Agreement Forms and submit them to your current class adviser or the Admin Office.
  3. The enrolment process shall commence once the student is cleared from his/her Academic and Financial obligations for the current school year.
  4. For other concerns regarding the School fees, feel free to see the Business Office.
