• classes scheduled on weekends
• with beginner and advance levels
• 3 periods of 45 minutes per meeting; 20 meetings per level
• certificate of completion awarded when student satisfactorily meets requirements for reach level
• effective and competent to be instructions by volunteer teachers from PROC
• two instructions per session
