All schools have their own organizations for the students. The purpose of which is to lead the students and make sure that the school is running in tip-top shape. The SCO is one of the organizations of the school which is run by the students who have been elected as most deserving by their schoolmates. These are the officers who have greater responsibility and whose focus is on the welfare of the students. Now, the SCO is focusing on how we can build the confidence of the students. They encourage them to show off their talents to other people because Tay Tungians are known for being bashful when being asked to act or speak in front of many people. The SCO is not only focusing on the talents of the students but also on their responsibilities. We are, in some way, training the students to execute their responsibilities properly so that when their time to run the organization comes, they can make the school progressive and peaceful.

Generosity is one of the things that the SCO is also promoting for the student body to be practiced. It is because the organization wants to tell the students that they should share their blessings to the other people who have blue-collar jobs. One of the programs of the SCO for this school year is "Drop A Coin, Save A Life" and the "Pamaskwa '09" . In these activities we want to help the needy patients of Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital to buy the medicines that they need and to help other people who are affected by the global crisis by giving food, old clothes and, so much more. These activities would be possible if the students would cooperate. For short, the SCO offers educational and entertaining oppotunities through Leadership Development Programs, Campus activities, TTCB services, health awareness, and community-related services.
