BACOLOD TAY TUNG HIGH SCHOOL, a non-stock, non-profit and non-sectarian educational institution, is entrusted by its FOUNDERS with the task of providing a venue of learning for the understanding and appreciation of the Filipino, English and Chinese disciplines; of helping student's effective formation and application of values; of providing chances to learn, think and discover; of offering opportunities to learn the skills for effective communication, of bringing out effective communication; of bringing-out aesthetic giftedness; and, of creating ways for a knowledgeable and skilled citizenry with the concept of empowerment, nation-building and universality.
