A. Pre-School
* Registration (First Come, First Serve)
March 25~31, 2009 8:00 – 11:00 A.M.; 2:00 – 4:00 P.M.
a.Age Requirement:
Nursery 3.5 to 4 years and 5 months
Kinder I 4.5 to 5 years and 8 months
Kinder II 5 years and 9 months to 6 years old and above
b.Documents to be submitted:
1.Photocopy of Birth Certificate (for Newcomers and transferees.)
2.Photocopy of Certification or Progress Report Card from the school last attended
3.Personal Interview & Child Evaluation.
4.Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Residence or ACR
(for – Non-Filipino Citizen/s only)
Note: Pls. Bring Original Copies of Birth Certificate, ACR, and Progress
Report Card for verification purposes.
B. Elementary & Secondary
* New Registration :
April 1, 2 & 3 2009 – Enrollment of in-coming Grade I (old students)
8:00 – 11:00 A.M. – Interview of New Students ( Elem. & High School)
2:00 – 4:00 P.M. and returning students
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS / GUIDELINES
⇨Elementary and High School Departments
* Photocopy of Birth Certificate or ACR ( for non-Filipino citizen/s)
* Study Permit and other documents required by the Department of Education (DepEd)
* Report Card or Form 138;
* Honorable Dismissal & Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the
former school.
* Two copies of recent 1 X 1 photo ( colored and or black & white)
⇨Chinese Department
* For Grade 1 applicants who have not completed from Tay Tung High
School Kindergarten, a Chinese Summer Class is required.
*
For Grade II to IV applicants and returning students who have no
Chinese credits, they need to take the Chinese Summer Classes.
* Bacolod Tay Tung High School is famous for its Chinese education.
All
the students are required to take up Chinese subjects as stated in the
curriculum. Therefore, Grade Five to Fourth Year applicants who
have no Chinese credit units are not qualified to apply for enrollment.
C. Old Students’ Registration date:
May 19. 20 & 21 – Kindergarten Department
April 1, 2, & 3 – Incoming Grade 1
May 18 – New Students & Grade 2
May 19 – Grades 3 & 4
May 20 – Grades 5 & 6
– New Students - High School
May 21 – 1st year & 2nd year
May 22 – 3rd year & 4th year
( 8:00 – 11:00 A.M. ; 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. )
D. Requirements for Registration
Step 1
Secure Clearance Forms from the Guidance and Accounting Offices and
have it signed by the respective officer/s.
Step 2
Present Report Cards (English and Chinese) to the In – charge of the Registration.
Step 3
Secure and fill – up Registration Card.
Step 4
Pay Tuition Fee and other Miscellaneous Fees.
Step 5
Present receipt for Picture – taking of the I.D.
Step 6
Detach and submit completed Registration Form.
Step 7
Retain Admission form for presentation to the Class Adviser on the first
day of class.
