Registration Requirements & Procedure

Requirements:
  1. Accomplished Admission Application Form
  2. Interview
  3. Admission Test Score
  4. True Copy of Birth certificate or ACR (non-Filipino Citizen)
  5. One copy of Recent 1 x 1 Picture

 

Additional Requirements for Transferees:

  1. Honorable Dismissal
  2. Form 138 or report Card
  3. Character Reference

 

Registration:

Each Grade level is assigned a specific date for registration.

 

Procedure:

  1. Present Report Card/ Approval to Register ( transferees)
  2. Secure Registration Form
  3. Pay Tuition
  4. Pay Miscellaneous & Other Fees
  5. Detach & submit completed Registration Form. Retain Admission Form for presentation to the Adviser on the first day of school.

A student is officially enrolled only after submission of completed Registration Form. Tuition fees for one year is payable in five(5) installments. All other school fees must be paid in full upon enrollment.

 

Examinations

Generally, there are four(4) periodic examinations every year : 1 st Grading , 2 nd Grading , 3 rd Grading and 4 th Grading Examinations.

  • Students will only be allowed to take the periodic examinations upon settlement of their accounts at the Accounting Office.
  • Examination permits must be presented to the proctor before the start of the examination. The policy " No Permit, No Exam" must be strictly observed.
  • Special periodic examinations may be given due to valid reasons within one (1) week after the scheduled examination

GRADING SYSTEM

The following are percentage allocations per subject:

Promotion/Retention

  1. Promotion is by curriculum year based on final general average. A general average of not lower than 75% is necessary for promotion.
  2. Failure in three (3) major subjects disqualifies a student from promotion regardless of his/her general average.
  3. In case of transfer to other school not requiring Chinese studies, the student may request for a duly certified computation of the general average excluding the foriegn language arts.
  4. The Blue Card recording the summative test and recitation grade of the student is issued twice every grading period. It should be duly signed by the parents or guardian after every issuance and should be returned to the class adviser. In case of damage or loss, the student should pay for another copy.
  5. Report cards are issued two weeks after the periodical test. They should be examined and signed by the parents and returned to the adviser the next day. Parents of students with failure are requested to receive the card personally. A letter for the parent requesting for a conference with the teacher is sent through the student.
Scholastic Honors and Awards
  1. To qualify for honors, a student should have no grades below 80%.
  2. For each grade level, five (5) honor pupils will be selected.
First Honors Medal + 100% free tuition for a year.
Second Honors Medal + 50% free tuition for a year.
Third Honors Medal + 25% free tuition for a year.

Graduation Policies

A student must complete all requirements and must pass all subjects before he/she can graduate and be allowed to receive his/her diploma.
