A. Pre-School

     Age Requirements:
     Nursery 3.5 to 4 yrs and 5 months
     Kinder 1 4.5 to 5 yrs and 8 months
     Kinder 2 5 yrs and 9 months to 6 yrs old and  
     above

     Documents to be submitted:

1. Photocopy of Birth Certificate(For new comers and transferees)

2. Photocopy of Certification or Progress report Card from the school last attended.

3. Personal Interview and Child Evaluation.

4. Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Residence or ARC(for non-Filipino citizen/s only)

Note: Please bring original copies of Birth Certificate, ACR and Progress Report Card for verification purposes.

B. Elementary and Secondary

          # New Registration:

          April 3 and 4, 2008 – Enrollment of in-coming                                               Grade 1 (old students)

              8:00-11:00 AM – Interview of New Students                                    (Elem., High School, Returnees)

              2:00 – 4:00 PM

          April 11, 2008 - Second Batch

              8:00-11:00 AM – Entrance Exam for new                                                 and returning students

              2:00 – 4:00 PM

Requirements Guidelines

Elementary and High School

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate or ACR (for non- Filipino citizen/s)

• Study permit and other documents required by the Department of Education (DEPED)

• Report Card or Form 138

• Honorable Dismissal & Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the former school.

• 2 copies of recent 1 X 1 photo (colored or black and white). 

Chinese Department

• For Grade 1 applicants who have not completed from Tay Tung High School Kindergarten, a Chinese Summer Class is required.

• For Grade 2 to 4 applicants and returning students who have no Chinese credits, they need to take the Chinese Summer Classes.

•  Bacolod Tay Tung High School is a famous for its Chinese Education.  All the students are required to take up Chinese subjects as stated in the curriculum.  Therefore, Grade 5 to 4th Year applicants have no Chinese credit units are not qualified to apply for enrollment.
