BACOLOD TAY TUNG HIGH SHOOL CHINESE LANGUAGE ARTS ENHANCED BASIC EDUCATION CURRICULUM SY 2006-2007
Enhancing the DepEd Basic Education Curriculum with Chinese Language Arts allows Tay Tung High School to work towards the fulfillment of its vision and mission. Chinese Language Arts will thus be regarded as a required subject.
Instructional approach has been modified to make learning relevant and effective. It is student-centered with listening, speaking, reading & writing performances as the four areas of concentration. Effective next semester, Chinese Language Arts will have both in the Elementary and High School 8 teaching periods per week at 50 minutes per period.
The following grading system shall be adopted:
