ADMISISON PROCEDURE FOR
INCOMING NEW STUDENTS

 

Step 1: ADMID OFFICE / KINDERGARTEN OFFICE


  • Present Credentials (PSA (NSCO) Birth Cert., 1 Report Card)
  • Interview / pre-screening with Department Head
  • Fill-up Student Information Sheet

Step 2: CASHIER


  • Present Student Information Sheet
  • Pay Testing / Assessment Fee
  • Secure Receipt of Payment

Step 3: GUIDANCE OFFICE


  • Present Receipt of Payment
  • Take Entrance Test as scheduled

Step 4: ADMIN OFFICE / KINDERGARTEN OFFICE


  • Get result of Entrance Test
  • If accepted, process Enrolment (prepare the requirements for admission)

Step 5: RECORDS OFFICE


  • Submit filled-up Student Information Sheet and Requirements
  • Have Enrolment Form Validated/Student Information/Data Encoded
  • Secure Student copy of Enrolment Form

Step 6: CASHIER


  • Pay required school fees at the Cashier
  • Secure copy of receipt of payment
